I’ve worked with this sweet little one’s family before and was so excited when they contacted me to set up his newborn session! Knowing that his nursery has a space/galaxy theme, I designed this custom set just for him! Doesn’t he look so cozy, snuggled in tight among the stars?
Believe it or not, this little guy with the most amazing hair wanted absolutely nothing to do with sleeping. I mean seriously, he did not want to sleep (at all)! While this made the typical newborn sleepy poses a little difficult, we were still able to capture a few of those classic images for his family and his bright eyes stole the show towards the end of our session.
I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work with this family again and can’t wait to watch this little one grow with their family over the coming years. Here’s a sneak peek of the kind words they left on my Austin baby photographer Facebook page:
“Kim is a delight to work with and we plan on her photographing our family for years to come! She photographed both my kiddos as newborns and did maternity shoots for each pregnancy. I love working with her and am happy with all the photos she has taken.” – Jennifer
Here are four tips you should know about scheduling a session with your Austin baby photographer:
- Get in touch with me during your 2nd to 3rd trimester to set up your newborn session. We’ll plan according to your due date and then adjust our session date and time based on your actual delivery date.
- The newborn phase goes by so quickly! Plan on having your baby’s photos taken when they are 4-12 days old. This will allow us to take advantage of the sleepy stage and snuggle them up tight.
- All of my sets are customized to fit the needs of the babies I photograph. Like the photos you see above, I get to know each of my clients prior to the actual session and make sure that I’m prepared to create the images that you as parents have always dreamed of!
- The safety of your baby is my absolute priority! My studio is warm and comfortable, and ready to welcome you and your family in a peaceful setting that will allow you to relax and enjoy this precious time with your little one.
